All orders automatically qualify for free shipping. (5-7 days to your door.)

Once your order is placed, we will begin preparing your special matcha package -- all orders will be processed and packed in 1-2 business days.

Once your special delivery is ready to go - we are going to hand it off to the United States Postal Service service to get it to your door.

It usually takes about 3-4 business days to get to you, once we hand it off to the Post Office.

Please Note: All orders valued over $250 will automatically be upgraded to receive a little extra TLC from the Post Office on its way to you. Orders will automatically be upgraded to receive a higher level of security - and will require a signature for delivery confirmation. We do this to protect both you and also ourselves. Please be sure to use a valid United States Postal Service address where a signature can be obtained upon delivery. Matcha Project reserves the right to require a signature upon delivery at our discretion in some instances.

UPS Expedited Delivery:

UPS Expedited Delivery is available for shipping charge is $15 in the USA.

Priority upgraded shipments will receive expedited processing and will be moved to the front of the shipping line. 

Once your matcha delivery is ready to go, we will again hand it off to our friends at the UPS and get it delivered to you in 2 - 3 business days, via UPS.
